That's not enough for us. We have 3 goals for every listing we take. 1) sell your home at list price or above 2) sell your home in 7 days or less (because that's the way to get the best price) and 3) obtain a backup offer. We will be focused on achieving these goals from the day we accept your listing until the day it closes.

We will deploy a strategic marketing plan.

Putting a sign in the yard, your listing in the MLS and hoping an offer will come in is not the way we operate. We will implement a coming soon campaign, a just listed and an open house campaign across a variety of platforms. Our goal is to target as many potential Buyers for your home as possible BEFORE the listing goes live so they are just waiting to schedule a showing when it hits the market.

We will invest $ in promoting your listing.

We believe in world class cutting edge marketing and advertising. You deserve nothing less. Professional photos, HD videos or 3D virtual tours, featured listings on online portals like Zillow, email blasts and ads on Social Media. Sure, it costs a lot of money, but we are willing to make the investment in order to achieve maximum exposure for your listing.

In 2022, the list/purchase price ratio of our listings was 104%. That is 3% higher than the typical REALTOR® in Columbus who averaged 101% last year. On a $500,000 home, a 3% increase in purchase price would equal $15,000. That’s a lot of extra profit for you!

In 2022, our listings averaged 8 days on the market with 85% selling in 7 days or less. Compare these numbers with the Columbus Board of REALTORS® statistics in 2022 that indicate an average of 18 days on the market. We sell homes 2.25 times faster than the average agent.
